Before Monobank came along, you could say that Privat was a cutting edge bank.
Now things are as follows:

Nuances on Sber and Alpha banks + and -
First of all you need to fix that these banks do not exist on the territory of Ukraine.
Unfortunately, until February 2022, citizens of Ukraine and other countries could use these cards in their AMZ accounts.
There is no point in disassembling the +, - as it is easier to change the card.
In this case it is not even possible to get an electronic statement as the applications are deleted everywhere.
Only personal presence at a bank branch. Bank branches can be found in a limited number of countries.
