Public Offer Agreement for the ITIN issuance service

This Agreement is a formal offer by Tax Free Corp (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") to an individual of full legal capacity (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") who accepts this offer on the terms and conditions set out below.

Acceptance of the Contractor's offer by the Customer is considered effective upon the fact of making the first payment (prepayment or full payment) to one of the proposed payment details. By making the payment, the Customer confirms that they are familiar with and accept the terms and conditions stated in the text of the Contract.

The contract does not need to be sealed and signed by the client and the contractor.

The subject matter of this Agreement is the provision by the Contractor of the following services – ОФОРМЛЕНИЕ ITIN.

The Customer fully accepts the terms and conditions of the Contract and pays for the Contractor's services.

The cost of services under the Contract is determined by the Contractor's current prices as of the date of the first payment. Payment shall be made in U.S. dollars ($) or in another currency, as agreed upon by the Contractor, at the rate at the time of payment.

The Customer agrees with the proposed methods of payment for services when making the payment.

A list of documents that the client needs to provide for registration:

  • Scan of a valid passport (photo page)
  • Selfie photo (holding passport in hand).
  • Phone number
  • Residential address of the contact person
  • Operating Agreement (signed document)
  • Articles Of Organization
  • EIN (CP575 notice, 147c Form, SS4 form, or a screenshot from the official IRS website)

TaxFreeCorp is not responsible for:

  • For IRS denial or delay in processing time if the client provides poor/incorrect documents
  • For the processing time, since the application is mailed and the processing and mailing time depends on the IRS ( receiving the ITIN number no sooner than 20 weeks from the date the application is submitted to the IRS).
  • For denying or ignoring an application by the IRS if the client already has an active ITIN, but has not notified TaxFreeCorp about it

The Contractor undertakes not to disclose the information received from the Customer and is not responsible for the authenticity of the information provided by the Customer.

The Customer has the right to refuse the services of the Contractor. In case of unilateral refusal, the payment made is not refunded!
